How do I show the event Navigation bar at the top of code page

Hi Good People,

I am Running Visual Studio 2019 (Visual Basic) and when the page for writing code for say Form1.

the Event Bar at the top of my page is Missing, I have been through the setting but cannot find this setting to show the event of what Sub I am on.

1600470.pngThe event Control if I called this right is marked with a white Down Arrow.

Has any of you good people got any idea of how to get this to show on my coding form.
