Can't access LocalDB for a database stored on a different folder

[MRM256]

I have a LocalDB stored at C:\Users\Quecu\Documents\Visual Studio 2017\Projects\IP2Geo.

However, when I user SQL Server Management Studio 18.5 I it will only show this database as being accessible.



Why does it not show the LocalDB I created for my IP2Geo project?
