Visual Studio MDI application , build with x64 release , miss vcruntime140_1.dll

I created a MDI application in Visual Studio 2019.

I build with x64 release mode , app.exe can run in my computer , i used a new computer in Windows10 and never installed VS2019.

The app.exe showed Error message "miss vcruntime140_1.dll "


Any good way to run app.exe when miss vcruntime140_1.dll?
