Performance profiler wont start

I'm using Visual Studio 2019 Enterprise. When I click Debug -> Performance Profiler, it won't start, nothing happens there and no error message.

I have tried uninstall and install again multiple times, and tried remove VS user files in %appdata% and %localappdata% folders, still can't resolve this issue.

The VS infomation i'm using is as following:
