Get PCI bus, device, function???

Hi,

I am using VS 2010 and need to create a program in C# that reads the PCI bus, device and function of a certain kind of devices that are displayed in device manager (for configuration and testing). I have a hard time finding any resource here, for C# developers and in Windows Vista operating system. Please, help me.
