"View Source" option disabled in Live Visual Tree context menu (Visual Studio 2019)

Hi Team

Under Tools -> Options -> Debugging -> General I have "Enable UI Debugging Tools For XAML" checked, as well as all three child items checked.

If I right-click on an element in the LVT, the content menu has the View Source option, but it is disabled.

Please help me how to enable it ?
