Using A Button How is code written for reloading the form?

Hi Good People,

On My For I have Textboxes, and a two buttons.

After Clicking the Add button. It starts the Process of adding data to the database.


If a user has entered text into the textboxes, and then the user decides not to save/enter the Text from the Textboxes into the Database.

how do I use a button To I return the form's state to as if it was first Loaded?
