i know, i know.
I used to write in AppleSoft on a green screen.
I struggled through QBasic for years.
color finally arrived with the Borland C++ and I've spent semesters holed up at a UNIX terminal cracking away at GCC so I should be used to not having any intellisense at all...
but I've grown lazy. I've learned to expect more from Visual Studio. I should not be crying but ... damnit I want my intellisense!!!!
I've looked and tinkered with the Edit->Intellisense options in the IDE and its still not working properly.
whenever I call up an instance of one of my classes(only just happening today for the first time) I enter the '.' delimiter between fields and wait expectantly for the IDE to suggest what I'm looking for and it is not doing anything.
what is wrong with my IDE?
my code is perfect until i don't find a bug
