Nuget Source Servers Down in Visual Studio 2013

Hello

I'm using VS 2013 12.0.10629.00 Update 5 and NuGet Package Manager 2.12.0.817.

Nuget Package Manager does not connect to :

https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/

nor

https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/curated-feeds/microsoftdotnet/

I tried these in Chrome. I got errors on the web page.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled NuGet Package Manager also to no effect.

I asked a colleague to try NuGet Package Manager on his Visual Studio 2013. He could not connect either.

Has NuGet support for Visual Studio 2013 reached end of life?
