Menu text changes not visible

I have a SDI app, with a standard menu. Run without any problem. I edited a menu item text. For instance, on Exit menu, I added:

Exit\tCtrl+Q




In my project resource, I see this change. But at runtime, I did not. Why ? I deleted the registry entry for my app, and ran again. I still don't see this simple change. Can you tell me why ?
