Visual Studio Comunity 2019 does not open .net core project side by side with VS2017

I installed VS Comunity 2019 on my PC. I also have VS 2017 community installed.

Everithing worked fine with instalation.

Now I open VS 2019 -> Create new project -> Console app .net core

Error:

The Microsoft.VisualStudio.ProjectSystem.VS.Implementation.Package.ProjectPackage did not load correctly

ActivityLog.xml Error: LegacySitePackage failed for package [Microsoft.VisualStudio.ProjectSystem.VS.Implementation.Package.ProjectPackage]

Did anyone had the same problem?
