Cant install Microsoft XNA Framework : Error writing to file

Hi, i bought a game called stardew valley.i couldn't launch it. i did some research and found solution. the solution is installing microsoft xna framework.So i installed setup and got an error.

i downloaded from this link : Download Microsoft XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 from Official Microsoft Download Center


i tried to re-download setup and it didn't work.
