I have now updated a largish VS2013 .sln to use the VS2019 toolset, and it compiles!
So I thought it a good moment to check the warnings. The first is
"command line warning D9035: option 'Gm' has been deprecated and will be removed in a future release"
I look in the properties dialogue for the appropriate project and there under "C++ code generation" is "Enable minimal build". Not sure what this is, but it has options yes (/Gm) and no (/Gm-). Mine is set to "no". There doesn't seem to be an option to omit it altogether. So what am I supposed to do in response to the warning?
