Python Unit Test Without Project - VS 2017

I would like to setup unit test for my python code. My project is existing code without VS.project. (Open by folder)

I tried this article (Unit test Python code - Visual Studio) instruction, but it doesn't work. I don't know if it's because of my setting and structure.

Can someone give me an example for the setup please? Thanks
