Linq to SQL components missing

I have a VS 2019 c# project to which I'm trying to add a Linq to SQL data component, and it's not there. IN SPITE of my having added it using the Visual Studio Installer to specifically add Linq to SQL.

Is there something ELSE I'm missing? I recently received a new laptop from work, and there is absolutely no telling what all was installed on the old one that I just haven't thought to install on the new one, yet.
