Selection in combobox using xml file

Good evening, I am currently working on xml file handling, my question is as follows, I have to read an xml in a combox, suppose I have created two combobox
Example combobox1 has:
Toys
Household items
Countries
combobox2 has, depends on the user's selection, if I select toys related to toys in combobox 1 and so on. Can you help me or give me an idea of how to do it please.
