[VS2019][UWP]Target and Min versions for a Store app

Greetings all,

I'm developing a UWP app with VS2019 and I'm intending to submit it to the Microsoft Store. Can anyone tell me what I should set the Target version and Min version to in my project properties 'Targeting' section, please?
