Creating user controls and place them to be movable in rich text box

I have gone through some tutorials regarding how to create user controls and then to place them as movable within a rich text box control.

So far, mixed results among most search engines.


Would creating user controls as picture boxes with text perform the task before instantiating them and add them as moveable within a rich text box control?


Can anyone provide me some examples?
