How do I process Upgrade for Visual Studio 2017 if we have no internet connection

Do we have a package installation like early version of Visual Studio ?

As I can see the Online update is available but I have a server which not having internet inside the same.

How do I proceed to latest patch to meet the compliance if I have no internet inside ?
