Hello:

I recently upgraded my IDE to Visual Studio 2019 Version 16.7.1. I hope this version is good enough to run .NET Core forms designer.

I have done the following:

1) Create a .NET Core Forms App project.

2) I tried to change the "Active solution platform" from "Any CPU" to "X64".

Then without going further, Visual Studio 2019 crashed and restarted, the settings change lost, it went back to "Any CPU".

I am using Window 10 Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.450). I think this should be the latest version of Windows 10.

Please check and let me know if there is any bug in .Net core forms designer.
