Read root folders of certificate store C#

I need to read the root folder of a certificate store. With the follwing class (X509Store Class (System.Security.Cryptography.X509Certificates)) i dont see the possibility to read the root of a certificate store, I can only read the default folders of a certificate store. But we have many custom folders in our certificate stores so I need the possibility to also read them. Thank you for your help.
