Is it possible to have .net code to change the AD password and mark the change to be urgent replication?
Change a user AD password using Microsoft native tools (PowerShell, ADUC), the password change uses urgent replication, and the change goes to the PDC until normal replication takes place. But, if a .net application changes the AD password, the passwords stay at the domain controller and waits for normal replication. Also, we can’t have the application pointing to the PDC.
