Display File Explorers New item menu in a BarSubItem

Hope you are well!

Using: Visual Studio 2017 Windows Form C#:

I have looked at some of the possible solutions like the Gong Solutions Shell Library but they do not help on this particular issue since they show the entire context menu.

What I am trying to achieve is that when I click on a BarSubItem I would like to display the same items that appear on File Explorer Ribbon menu > New items like below:
