How to get Code Coverage of application running automated tests

Hi Team,

We have codedui tests and api tests for our application. I can copy pdb files for applications. But i need to get code coverage of application running automated tests. I tried using vsinstr but coverage is coming as zero. Can anyone suggest some tool how can i get code coverage of application running automated tests?
