Lock area of work with top always application

Hello, I have an application that I can already show on top of any other application using:

TopMost = True
but it doesn't have the reach I want; since when another maximized application is opened; this new application overlaps below.

Is there any way to block the work area or manipulate the area destined to the maximized applications on the main screen?

I leave an example image, since I have not found any property of the form related to what I want, but i cant post it.
