Publish on ftp on save file

VS2019 COmmunity + Win10x64

YOu know any extension or method to publish to ftp on save file quickly?

I try (Alt + ;, Alt+P) but doesn't work. SHow "The key combination (Alt + ;, Alt+P) is bound to command (Publish selected files) which is not currently available."

I found! Just put php.publishselectedfiles assig shortcut. And any way to run shortcut on save file?
