How to convert this query to linq Query

SELECT NAME FROM TABLE1
LEFT JOIN TABLE2 ON TABLE1.A= TABLE2.A AND TABLE2.C= VALUE
WHERE TABLE1.FIELD<> CONDITION AND TABLE1.FIELD <> Another CONDITION
