How I can filter mac addresses communicating with my server

Hi,

Im writing app in C# .NET for windows 10 or if this will be needed for windows server.

I need to set whitelist of mac addresses to communicate with my app/server.

Can I do this? I yes, which way (on app level or in windows level)?


I was looking for working solution but im stuck.....
