[Edited] Error MSSQL connection only when run with .Net core on Linux

Conclusion: Error has occurred only when run with .Net core on linux. but compiled .Net Framework 4.x and run with mono on linux, works fine

When trying to connect MSSQL Server, this error has occurred

But when run on Windows and compiled to .Net Framework 4.x and run with mono on linux, works fine
