VS 2013 Replace a string from *.ini file (Button+Textbox)

Hello i'm new on Visual Basic.

Basically i want to change one line (old line) from the *.ini file automatically.
I want to put the new line (ex. xxxx:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx) at Textbox and by pushing the Button automatically replace the old line.
