Hello,

I have a problem when installing Visual Studio 2017 Pro offline.

First, I downloaded on a machine with Internet Visual Studio Core with this command: "vs_professional.exe --layout c:\VS -add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Component.CoreEditor"

Copied this Folder on the target machine. Installed the 3 Certificates. And executed following command on the target machine: "vs_professional.exe --noweb --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Component.CoreEditor"

The Installation starts...

But then It tries to download the Visual Studio Installer without success on the offline machine.

Looking into the Folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer" it has copied the installer files. So I tried to start the "vs_installer.exe"

I receive this message: Please update Visual Studio Installer before proceeding.

Klicking the Update does not work of course, as I have no Internet access.
