How to replace text within double quote

This is my text

"Operational Metrics~Copper C1 Cash Costs (US$/lb) - Lalor~9999"*"Operational Metrics~Canadian Dollars (Canadian $/US$)~9999"

it has two part which i need to replace one by one.

"Operational Metrics~Copper C1 Cash Costs (US$/lb) - Lalor~9999"

"Operational Metrics~Canadian Dollars (Canadian $/US$)~9999"

how could i do the exact replace as a result if two part has same text then also replace will be working fine.

please share best approach for this scenario.
