VisionAPI.ComputerVisionClient return empty celebrities

Hello I am using the AnalyzeImageByDomainInStreamAsync("celebrities", jpg), but always return with 0 mathces
What I am doing wrong, I ve tries with several pictures and always with no luck.
Do we need to make a celebrities picture storage for the valdiation?
What I am missing thanks for the adivce
