How to pass a list between multiple forms?

Hi, im a student so very new to programming. Im creating a program on visual studio and c#. Im creating a hangman like game so i need to have words preloaded onto the game via a list, but also need another form where the user can add their own new words. Not sure how to go about using a list in multiple forms? Any help is greatly appreciated.
