Im using Oneclick to publish a C# program with Visual Studio. The Publish all works fine and Id like other members of staff to install it from a shared drive.

However, we come across the OneClick trust prompt issue which has been well reported:

Unable to Install ClickOnce Application due to Security Settings (Windows 10)

Configure the ClickOnce Trust Prompt Behavior - Visual Studio

I have the same problem but have ~50 users so cant ask them seperately to edit the registry. The IT guys think they may be able to modify it over the network but they are not sure what reset all the subkeys to 'Disabled' (windows update? anti virus?) and there is a chance they will be reset again in the next update.

My other option is to use something other than OneClick which is a shame as its so easy!

My questions are:

1) Any ideas what has reset the registry subkeys and what might do it again?

2) Any alternatives to OneClick as a workaround that are easy to use?
