how to convert varchar data type to dat in sql server

Hi Team ,

I have loaded data from csv file by using sql server import and export wizard , while loaded i am trying to change the data type of field varchar to date type , its giving the error " Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string ".

could you please help on the below issue.1626690.png
