Having problems building github CMAKE repository (error code C1083)

Hey there. I'm trying to build this repository:

jmarshall23/IcedTech


It has the CMAKE files, so I'm using Visual Studio 2019 to open them. When I build all, I get the error message:

C1083 Cannot open include file 'afxwin.h' No such file or directory

I've tried compiling other source codes such as Doom 3, but I get the same error message.

Any idea on how to fix this?
