When I checked the task scheduler I came upon 5 programs with alpha/numeric
names. One was {61873FED-955C-4CD2-9F9F-5A9B... can anyone tell me me if
these are legit? If not what is the best way to remove them?

Re: Programs in Task sceduler

Hello,

These don't appear in my task scheduler.

If you want, post detailed information about the task(s) in question:
right-click the task, click export, save the file to your desktop,
right-click the saved file, click edit, select the contents of the file,
click copy, and then paste into a reply.

Re: Programs in Task sceduler

Thanks Jimmy. I did as you suggested, but during the process found out these
are part of Nero, whatever that is. I haven't gone in but it looks like some
sort of on-line store. When I bought my computer Nero was already loaded by
the maker. for the moment I'll live with it. I'll explore Nero before I ask
for any further help. Thanks again.
