I see nothing online that suggests in any way that this motherboard had onboard
graphics, so I am not sure why you assume that. Where on the back of the computer
is the video connector for the monitor? If it is up with the USB ports, printer
ports, and mouse/keyboard ports, then it is likely integrated. If it is down below
that in a horizontal slot, then you have a video card.
Download, install, and run EVEREST Free Edition:

You can use it to find the true identity of your display adapter.
Expand the Display section in the left-hand pane of Everest, then select Windows
Video and note what is listed there, and what is listed as the Video Adapter
Manufacturer.
Then select PCI / AGP Video and note what is listed for Video Adapter and for 3D
Accelerator.
Next select GPU, and note the video Adapter Name.
Post back with that info.
