windows XP will not start up

xp will go through start up, then shut down and give me other
start up options. xp will not start up in safe mode or any other
listed there. i did use the 6 bootable disk for xp. nothing works.
my daughter was last on limewire looking at games. is there
anything i can do?

This isn't really security-related, Garry. Try posting to WinXP General
newsgroup instead: microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

[Sounds like you'll have to take the machine to a repair shop. Daughter
pays for repairs.]
