Dear guru,

Our users have experienced logon failure when trying to access one
published application in one of our TS/Citrix occasionally. It would
show this error message "To log on to this remote computer, you must
have Terminal Server user access permissions on this computer. By
default, members of the Remote Desktop users group have these
permissions. If you are not a member of the Remote Desktop Users group
or another group that has these permissions, or if the Remote Desktop
User group does not have these permissions, you must be granted these
permissions manually." And there's a User Section in the
Administration Console.
There's no regular symptoms on that server, no errors from Event view,
no login logs.
Is there way that I can troubleshoot the problem?
Thanks,
huang

Users are member of the Remote Desktop Users group?

Re: Users Failed to logon to TS/Citrix Occasionally

yes, those users can logon to the TS successfully after a few retry.
Seems not much related to the group settings...
