If you were to Google for ccApp.exe you would find that it is part of
Symantec Crapware.
Works. It is not surprising that something having to do with Symantec or
McAfee is causing problems. That is why few, if any, knowledgeable people
anything from these two companies.
You really have to pay attention to see where the updates and downloads are
originating from. Many programs now check for and then auto update by
themselves. Just because it happens by itself does NOT mean it is the
operating system doing it.
