This might be a dumb question. But I am under preasure now with our new ERP
and I do not have time for this. Please help.

Our TS session will not allow the user to change the screen res of the
session. Enven if I set the display of the terminal up to 1024x768 then when
the user right clicks in the session it only shows 800 x 600 and the slider
does not move to 1024 x 768?

Any help please.

Thanx

How is the screen resolution set on the server? Is the Remote desktop size in
the RDP client set to full screen?

What method are you using to connect?

My experience is that the Windows RDP client doesn't care what the
server screen rez is set to, it will work at the max the video driver
can support.

If you have appliances, like Neoware units, they will remain at the rez
you configured them for on initial setup no matter what the user picks.
I have to manually reset them and then reboot them, then set them to the
rez I want, then reboot them, then they work fine at a fixed rez.
