Sorry for posting in the Coffeehouse, but it's sorta an emergency.
I can't connect to my machine from the outside world.* However, I can connect to it over the local network to it's local address (192.168.0.110).
Here's what I've checked so far.
1) Windows Firewall (turned off entirely)
2) Router (WGR614 v4) port forwarding for port 3389
I'm supposed to leave for a trip very soon, but I can't leave until I get this worked out.* Obviously, in hindsight, I should have figured this out long ago.
