Hi RaZoR_GTX.
To answer your question, the ASUS A8N-32-Sli-Deluxe motherboard will
not show the full 4 gig memory installed, regardless of whether or not
you use Vista 32 or Vista 64. You can see for yourself in the following
screenshot:

The BIOS will report that you have 4GB ram installed, and will also
report how much of this is actually available.
But don't let this put you off from installing the full 4GB, and this
ASUS motherboard absolutely rocks with that amount of ram. Just one word
of caution though, if you're planning on going to Vistta x64:
Make sure that all your hard disks on the IDE and SATA controllers have
32-Bit disk access enabled in the BIOS. Even with the newest drivers,
turning off those options in the BIOS will cause BSOD like you've never
seen with Vista x64.
