Thank you very much for your advice.
We want to install a call center application for Skype (PrettyMay Call
Center). Every user should be able to receive skype calls on his TS
instance. Every users has his own Pretty May instance. PrettyMay should be
able to receive Skype and Skypein calls, to play automatic response messages
to callers, record voice messages and eventually forward calls to other
skype or skypeout lines.
