TS Documentation

[Mario - Roma]

I am looking for introductory documentation about Windows Server 2003 TS
basics, explaining what TS are, how they work, basic configuration
procedures, and so on.
I found several documents about specific features or enhancements related to
previous versions, but non the requested document.
Can anybody please help locating such documentation (better if in .doc, .ppt
or .pdf format)?
