Can your isp tunnel your ipv4 to ipv6 connection?

Can I or anyone else tunnel to ipv6 from an ipv4 connection, if so
how?

I also seen this software that will work for people on dial-up
http://www.trumpet.com.au/winsock/winsoc5.html

I know firefox 2 supports IPv6

I thought people system got comprised when the used ipv6.
