Messed up installing CALs, how can I fix this?

I have a 2003 svr DC running the TS licensing service. We recently purchased
50 more TS CALs to bring our total to 100. I opened the license manager and
chose to install new licenses and followed the prompts. One of the prompts
asked for the total number of licenses this server would be in charge of so I
entered 100 and clicked finished.

Now when I open TS licensing manager it show that I have two sets of
licenses, one that is 49/50 used (our old licenses) and then the new one I
just added that is 0/100 used.

So accoring to the manager we have 150 total licenses instead of 100. How
can I fix this?

You can't, really, because you cannot uninstall a license pack.
The only thing you can do is to start all over again, by rebuilding
the LS database.
If you have a Volume License Agreement, that's no big deal. But if
you bought a OEM license pack, you'll have to call the
Clearinghouse to get them re-issued, since you can't install the
same license pack twice.

That did the trick. Hope there's a better way to do this in 2008 though.
