On the host computer, the resolution is 1050 * 1680 ( 20" wide LCD
rotated). However, for remote desktop, the best resolution that I can
get is 1050 * 1200. Are there any way I can get a higher resolution?

Thanks

Re: Resolution of remote desktop

Please try to run mstsc with /w: and /h: parameters to see if it works. For
more info on the parameters, open a cmd shell, run
mstsc.exe /?

Thanks

Re: Resolution of remote desktop

You may also try full screen which should set the remote session the same
resolution as the client machine

Thanks

Re: Resolution of remote desktop

Thank you very much although it did not work as you suggested.

But I did find the solution. You need to get RDP 6.0 in order to support
higher resolution.
